These durable, easy to clean, white plastic dispensers hold refill boxes containing 50 bags per box, they are easy to install and refill and can be used in stalls with existing waste receptacles. The lightly scented Scensibles bags reduce or eliminate unpleasant odors while keeping offensive waste out of view.
